OBJET :
La prestation demandée
porte sur la réalisation de prestation : PROJECT FABRICATION MANAGER
DESCRIPTION :
L’activité de cette
prestation se portera sur :
·
Ensure the
governance of project’s fabrication activities and initiative in terms of
organizational, financial, technological and contractual aspects, assuring the
achievement of the established objectives.
·
Plan,
coordinate and control the execution of the project’s fabrication, in
accordance with client requirements, within time and cost constraints,
coordinating with other Project’s disciples and Saipem’s functions as required
and in compliance with HSE and Quality procedures.
·
Put in place
the required fabrication management tools in order to effectively organize and
monitor the fabrication schedule including presussors activities, critical
paths, productivity.
·
Achieve the
assigned budget objectives ensuring the observance of Saipem procedures and
best practices.
·
Ensure
coordination between disciplines and Project’s stakeholders to follow up and
coordination of activities.
·
Reports
operationally directly to Project’s Management and functionally to FABOP
·
Ensure
implementation of MOC (Management of changes) process
·
Responsible
to contribute with Project lesson learnt : ReX and responsible for
consolidation of fabrication specific ones.
·
Assist PM in
completing the technical close-out of the project for the Fabrication scope
COMPETENCES
EXIGEES :
Pour la réalisation de
la présente prestation, le Titulaire devra apporter les compétences décrites
ci-dessous :
·
Fluent with
English written and spoken.
·
Good
knowledge of Portuguese is not mandatory but would be an important added value.
·
Familiar
with fabrication planning and reporting methods and routines (productivities
elaboration and follow up, up to L4 scheduling)
·
Preferable
of someone with experience within Saipem group
·
Experienced
with fabrication process of subsea structures (Suction piles, FLET, etc),
dimensional control constraints, fabricability process
·
Package MS
Office, AutoCad
·
Familiar
with multicultural working environment
